A labourer from Anhui has been working in Beijing. In June of 2000, he went back hometown to get married. The day following the marriage, he brought his bride to Beijing and spent a night there. On the way to visit his sister, the couple was accommodated by the police without reason. From then on, the bride disappeared, and he began his search for his wife.
