Making Australia Happy

Science claims that happiness is easily within our reach. The eight volunteers begin their happiness training by writing their own eulogies. The ancient art of mindfulness begins with a single sultana. The results are startling.

Emotions run high as the experiment reaches the halfway mark. The volunteers are faced with inner demons, past resentments - and karaoke! Some have made great gains, but others are still struggling.

In the final stages of the happiness experiment, the volunteers go further outside their comfort zones. But with just over two weeks remaining, some are on the brink of failure.
