Biography

Born in Stretford, Greater Manchester, Mark Gill is an Oscar and Bafta nominated writer and director. His breakthrough came in 2012 with the multi-nominated short The Voorman Problem, starring Martin Freeman and Tom Hollander. In 2017, he releases his first full length feature, England is Mine, about the early years of Morrissey, iconic frontman of The Smiths.
