The possibility of Cihan staying in Cappadocia upsets many people, including his jealous half-brother Esat. Coming to town to confront their mother, Nuh and Melek unexpectedly cross paths with Cihan and Sevilay. However, the twins will experience real surprise when they face their mother, Sumru.
